A few miles north of Fort Collins is a hidden valley which contains Red Mountain Open Space park which is a peaceful place where you can step into a place apart from the world. A single road leads into a valley that time forgot. Many nights after work I would go here to disappear and close my eyes to learn again what total peace and quiet sounds like and find balance again.
